Welcome to Nany’s Crust & Crumb. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. As a home-based bakery in Texas, we operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

1. Cottage Food Disclosure

All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department, as permitted under Texas law.

Products are not for resale and must be picked up or delivered directly to the customer within Texas.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed through our website and must be paid in full to be confirmed.

• Once payment is received, your order is reserved for your selected date.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as ingredient availability or scheduling conflicts).

3. Pick-Up & Delivery

• We offer local pick-up and limited local delivery in accordance with Texas Cottage Food Law.

• We do not ship products.

• Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time and location.

If a pick-up is missed:

• The order may be held or frozen when possible.

• Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be forfeited without refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because all items are made to order and are perishable:

• All sales are final.

• Orders cannot be canceled within 4 days of the scheduled pick-up date.

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or an error), please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up. We’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Allergens & Food Safety

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including:

• Wheat / Gluten

• Eggs

• Milk / Dairy

• Peanuts

• Tree Nuts

• Soy

• Sesame

Cross-contact may occur. We do not operate an allergen-free kitchen.

If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before ordering. We will gladly share ingredient information, but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Once an order is picked up, proper storage and handling are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Product Quality & Nature of Handmade Goods

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in shape, color, or appearance are natural and part of the artisan process.

7. Liability

By purchasing from Nany’s Crust & Crumb, you acknowledge the nature of our products and kitchen environment.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or issues resulting from improper storage or handling after pick-up.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, and product names, are the property of Nany’s Crust & Crumb and may not be used without permission.
