Hearty Oat 🌾
Wholesome artisan sourdough oat bread made with organic white flour and oatmeal flour. Naturally fermented for over 24 hours and baked fresh in small batches.

Inspired by the traditional French pain de campagne, our Country Bread is naturally leavened and slowly fermented for over 36 hours to develop its rich flavor and rustic character. Made with a blend of organic white and whole wheat flours, a touch of organic rye, filtered water, and Himalayan salt, this wholesome loaf offers a hearty crumb, crisp crust, and subtle earthy notes. A wholesome everyday loaf that's equally delicious with butter, cheese, soups, or your favorite sandwich.
